Juno - New Poster, Trailer
It wasn't that long ago that I posted on the trailer and the first poster for this upcoming comedy. A new poster has emerged, and it has in no way diminished my desire to see this movie. This looks great. I have heard plenty of good word surrounding the movie, and the trailer looks hilarious. Ellen Page (X-Men 3, Hard Candy) is a young actress to keep an eye on, and Michael Cera has turned heads since Arrested Development, and even more so with Superbad. Jason Reitman directs, this will be his second feature. His first was Thank You for Smoking. I like the new poster, it has a good design and gives a good look at the leads.
Babylon A.D. - Poster
Vin Diesel has been laying low for a while now. His last starring role was in 2006 with Find Me Guilty, and his last high profile role was in 2005 with The Pacifier. In 2008 he will return to the big screen with the science fiction action film Babylon A.D. which will feature co-stars Michelle Yeoh, Gerard Depardieu, and Charlotte Rampling. The story follows a mercenary who has signed on to accompany a woman from Russia to China. That's the easy part; the rest sounds like it was cribbed from Stargate SG-1. The woman has a parasite that followers want to use to create a new messiah. Anyway, the teaser poster is here and it doesn't look all that special to me:

Southland Tales - Poster
A few weeks back I brought you a poster for Richard Kelly's Southland Tales. That poster was uninspired, and just not all that good. Here is another poster in the UK quad style, and I have to say that it is much better than the last version I saw. I still have no idea if the movie will be any good, although I am really hoping that it is. Well, here it is:
