Looks like the only place to buy a physical CD is <a href="http://music.barnesandnoble.com/search/product.asp?r=1&z=y&EAN=641444017423&itm=6&afsrc=1">Barnes & Noble</a> . . . very strange. It's that or mp3s at Amazon, and I'd really rather have a CD.
