Hey, all you homeowners! Are you interested in a room makeover?

Banyan Productions is casting for a “green” design show. The company that brought you Trading Spaces introduces Design Swap, a show that takes your neighbors’ unwanted, dingy, broken, and unfashionable items and reconstructs them… into your very own masterpieces.

The rooms you design will be eco-friendly in every way but the results will be eye-catching, unique, and surprising. During the transformation you will have help by one of our designers and carpenters. Transforming your neighbors’ trash into beautiful pieces will help to redecorate a newly designed room in your home while your neighbors do the same.

We're looking for young, hip homeowners in the Philadelphia area who are ready to team up with two sets of neighbors and participate in this groundbreaking new series.
