Part III - Waiting for War in the Shards of Shattered Illusions
Published July 31, 2007
What I hear from my anonymous sources is that the best result we can get in this whole mess is becoming an American protectorate, or more precisely, a self-governing commonwealth much as is Puerto Rico is today. The idea of Europeans running this country is disgusting to these sources. My sources admire the United States. I was born there. I do not share that admiration.
Nevertheless, setting aside my own feelings as a former resident of the United States, it is reasonable to speculate that the idiots running the country now will be dismissed by any occupation government – however Shim’on Peres, who has won the admiration of many overseas leaders, and who is not an idiot by any stretch of the imagination, will be allowed to remain as head of state, with expanded powers. It is fitting that the State of Israel, which began with David ben Gurion as a semi-dictator in 1948, should reach its end with Ben Gurion’s hated henchman at the helm, Shim’on Peres.
But be assured. What follows the State will not be some Arab “Palestine” shoved down our throats by foreigners. Exactly how this will all work out so that there is a reasonably happy ending for us Jews here I cannot predict. But good will prevail over evil.
I didn’t say this will all be easy or peaceful. Many will die, and the faith of many will be very sorely tested. What we’re facing is not going to be a stroll in the garden, and the missile assault that my sources say will take place by January 1st, 2008 will only be the first installment of very hard days to come. But I am saying that good will prevail over evil.
I’m betting my life on that.

Rhampton,
"Anyone who doubts the catastrophic influence of Saudi-funded Wahhabism simply hasn't been paying attention."
You don't have to sell me on this at all. But there are a lot of other folks at this site who insist on doggedly keeping their heads in the sand, often even when they should know better themselves. It's nice to know that some folks ARE paying attention. Thanks for stopping by!
Derekh agav, Ruvy, have you seen the recent post at mysticalpaths.com titled "Taking It Seriously"? It'll probably strike a chord with you.
MAOZ,
Can you create a link for me to go to? the site mysticalpath.com is an on-line New Age shop; mysticalpaths.com is a domain up for sale.
Oops, sorry! Try mysticalpaths.blogspot.com
Hope that works out!
Thanks, MAOZ!!
Ruvy, I know you're going to groan & call me a naive, liberal American...but if the machinery for war is that apparent, why hasn't the media in the U.S. or Europe talked about it.
I don't buy that all the media is under the Busher's thumb...maybe under his pinkie. But I've been following your articles and even some of the links, and, while they scare the hell out of me, I'm left feeling uneasy--as if I didn't have the whole picture. Motive? Goals?
You clearly state that what you write is a scenario, not a prophecy, but there has to be some evidence driving the scenario. Why hasn't it been covered in the MSM?
Perhaps the MSM is too sober? After all,

I also hear bad things about the Israeli leadership. But the people have the power to make changes, so change they must! War on all fronts is not new. New leaders must study successful battles of old and tailor to the 21st century so that Israel will survive on her own strength and merits. Do not rely upon America - who has its own agenda. To understand what I mean, go rent "The Good Shepherd."

Anyone who doubts the catastrophic influence of Saudi-funded Wahhabism simply hasn't been paying attention. I track stories from across the globe as they pertain to Saudi Arabia and their funding of militant, extremist Wahahbi (Salafi) Islam at my blog, Wahaudi. If the quantity and quality of information doesn't convince you, nothing will.
