It&#039;s obvious that the new Businessman character had to be more than he seemed with all the time he got, but I couldn&#039;t believe Aceveda telling him about the undercover agent.  It&#039;s these phony character moments to push the story along that always disappoints me in the show.  Aceveda is a weasely politician, but even he wouldn&#039;t blow a cover to a civilian.

Which is why I disagree with your theory about Hernan&#039;s disappearance.  Why would the Mexican gang leader care that the Salvadorans have a mole?  Now, he could be use the info to make peace, but then there would be no reason to give up his guys if he was going to use the info that way.  Also, there would be no reason for the scene where Aceveda tells the businessman.  Sorry to steal your glory, but tell your husband he&#039;s right.

Also, what this lame argument that the people will think the gang sweep is an attack on Latinos?  Considering the war is between Mexican and Salvadoran gangs, the police don&#039;t have much choice.  I don&#039;t see how arresting Swedes will alleviate the problem.</description>
