Game du Jour Deals: May 14 through May 20

And that is perhaps the biggest problem with Grizzly Adventures - there's nothing special about this game that sets it apart from other platformers. You jump, you avoid enemies, collect items, and get to the end of the level. The controls feel a bit too loose, and the layout of some levels can be confusing or frustrating. All in all, Grizzly Adventures is the perfect game if you're looking for a generic platformer to kill a couple hours of your time. Otherwise, it's not really worth it.

Orbital Trader
Writer: Brian Szabelski
From the outset, there doesn't seem to be much to Orbital Trader. The game only seems to be about shuttling back and forth between planets, buying and selling goods at different prices to make a profit.
And that's exactly what the core of Orbital Trader is all about, but underneath lies a game that's easy to play, but with some strategy that can be complex. Things like shortages, surpluses and incidents will cause shifts in prices, and trading items like drugs can lead to a greater risk of being busted.
There are a few games out there that incorporate this style of game play better than Orbital Trader, but there aren't many. I found myself having a lot of fun trying to make as much money as I could and adjusting to the changing situations on my planets. There's a good level of options that allow players to easily tone up or tone down the game's difficulty, and there's a decent amount of strategy involved in the game play process, as well as the ability to increase cargo space. Fans of strategy games looking for something that might be a bit different ought to give Orbital Trader a good look.
