Really Really Good - 100

It’s a celebration! Another batch of strange brew from El Q - possibly NSFW - you may have to find another blog to read at your job for now! I forgot how terrible working for the "man" can be... to get a clue on what I'm rambling about, continue reading.

Join me as I celebrate a milestone for me at the sinister cabal of writers, known as Blogcritics. This marks my 100th article here at BC and I couldn’t be more excited for the future. It’s been a fun and exciting few years and I would like to thank Blogcritics for giving me a forum to exercise my writing. With their assistance, I got the skinny on several treats. It’s hard to count them all, as I tried to cover everything from concerts and music festivals to the latest movies and CDs.

My early post were short and fragmented, with HTML mistakes and typos that surely drove the editors mad. I slowly found my stride and began to feel comfortable with my articles. Understand, there are some heavyweights floating around in this little circle of ours here, and I feel the pressure at times. The last thing I want to do is come off as a dumb rookie to some of the more established writers in the group.

While I began working on my craft, sometimes I would have to deal with harsh criticism of my stories. Other times I would post an article that would receive tons of positive response and encouragement. Regardless of the outcome or reception to a particular piece, the experience gained has been invaluable.

With the installation of “Really Really Good”, my regular feature covering everything from music reviews to the latest news and events, the number of articles began to slowly increase. Now as I approach the big 100, I plan on stepping it up and kicking it into high gear. I want to try to hit that mega 500 mark as soon as possible. Buckle your seat belt and stay tuned!

Take a trip down memory lane with me as I run down some of my greatest hits! A little bit of everything... Watch the closing doors!

The Devil & Miss Jones
NY DJ and artist Ms. Jones was in the middle of controversy and this post received a few comments as well!

Let The Girl Go! aka another Sin City review
