24 Season Six Episodes Leaked Onto the 'Net
Published January 07, 2007
The first four episodes of the sixth season of FOX's wildly popular 24 have been leaked onto the Internet, a week before the official season premiere. The episodes first appeared on an Asian BitTorrent site, and now are available pretty much anywhere.
If you want to download them and have a look what it's all about then they are available on Easynews as well as your favorite torrent site.
They are just brilliant — Jack back at his best!
The question, however, is will it kill off FOX's launch of season six next week? Well no, most of the people that will download it and are in the United States will watch it anyhow; the other people not in the states are just going to download them anyway. Go get them, and get into the season early.
It is worth noting that this is not the first FOX show to 'leak' onto the 'net. Does this mean that the leaked episodes are not the ones that will air? If that is the case, this leak will increase the viewing audience as it will create a buzz around the show.
If these are not going to be the shows that will air, what will be different? Will the story - which is based on a terrorist group attacking the USA with suicide bombers and nuclear weapons - be changed significantly? Will the death of a major series character that occurs in the fourth episode actually happen? And will Jack overcome his Chinese torment and become the saviour of the world again?
Only time will tell.
For the moment all we have is the leaked season six DVD to go on, and I, for one, cannot wait for FOX to air the rest of the season.

I agree, however it's not news that the people behind 24 film multiple versions of key events, and these could obviously be used.
The main story line should be in tact at least, however some small issues could have changed.
Only time will tell, I look forward to it, and the 'release' of these episodes has certainly created a buzz around the upcoming season.

What a daft idea! Another deluded cowboy with too much power. Haven't you had enough of that in the past 6 years?

Hard to imagine that they are not the "real" episodes. Too expensive and a pointless exercise for them to be otherwise.
