U2 are set to release a new ‘best of’ compilation on November 20th. The track list for the compilation has yet to be confirmed but will feature sixteen of the band’s hits, along with two new songs. One of the new songs will be the band’s collaboration with Green Day, “The Saints are Coming” and it will be available for digital download in October.
Myspace.com to carry Fox shows
News. Corp, which owns Fox and Myspace.com, has said it will offer full episodes of some of its shows on Myspace.com. The shows will also be available from the websites of its local TV affiliates. The service will be called “Fox On Demand”, will be advertising supported, and will offer shows such as Prison Break.
AFI is preparing to release a DVD. Although there is no track listing or release date for it yet, the DVD will include backstage stuff, recently recorded live footage, and pictures of the band with fans. AFI are currently on tour in support of their album Decemberunderground, which was released earlier this year.
