Universal's Halloween Horror Comes Closer

Starting Friday the 13th, Universal Studios starts its annual Halloween Horror Nights. What exactly is Halloween Horror Nights? They have actors walking around to scare the guests throughout the night. They have the best rides open such as The Mummy, Jurassic Park (in the Dark), Water World AKA Slaughter World, and Back to the Future.

The biggest thing about the event is that for the first time in 90 years, guests are allowed to get off the tram and explore the hidden sets of Hollywood. Two of the highlights you can explore are the War of the Worlds set and the house from the movie Psycho .

The frightful festivities are in full bloom for seven days on October 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28, and, of course, Halloween. You can buy tickets for 34-39 dollars per person.

"The Director" — "a sociopath with an eye for gore and a taste for reality" — in charge of assembling and staging this "show" has become unhinged. He has mad designs on using guests to help create his horror film masterpiece:

A while ago, I had the opportunity to attend the actors'auditions. The two guys below are two of the most exciting auditions in my opinion. The man on the right hammers a needle to his nose and the man on the left sticks needles into some painful places.

Here's some video backround on the demented Director. He was hired to help Universal create Halloween Horror Nights, but when he was fired, he took it too far. He decided to create a movie using the guests at Universal. "Straight out of the Director's sick mind you'll find yourself in the middle of a living horror film":
