Rhino Records to remaster and reissue Pogues
The Pogues’ first five albums (Red Roses for Me, Rum Sodomy and The Lash, Hell’s Ditch, Peace and Love, and If I Should Fall from Grace with God) will be remastered and reissued. The albums are due to hit stores on September 12 and will feature bonus material. All of the albums were originally issued between 1984 and 1990.
The Rolling Stones were forced to cancel tonight’s show in Valladolid, Spain because singer Mick Jagger has lost his voice. The show will not be rescheduled and the 37,000 ticket holders are being advised to get refunds from their place of purchase. Jagger is currently taking lessons from a voice coach in order to avoid further cancellations in the future.

Ahhh The Pogues...I still think "Fiesta" is the one of the greatest "drunken" songs of all time. Everytime I hear it just seems to make me stagger...
Come all you rambling boys of pleasure
And ladies of easy leisure
We must say adios! until we see
Almeria once again
