We reported last week that serial moto-intoxicant actress Michelle Rodriguez was finally going to feel to full boot of the law upon her drunken derriere after being sentenced to 60 days in the fast and furious L.A. county jail, a 30 day stint in alcohol rehab, and 30 days of community service for violating probation when she snagged another drunk-driving arrest last December in Hawaii.

L.A. County came down hard on the former Lost star, tossing her rudely in the slammer for over FOUR hours of girlfighting, resident evil hell last Thursday before squirting the serial scofflaw back out like a bad watermelon seed, approximately one three-hundred-and-sixtieth of the way through her grueling sentence.

"Our prosecutors are not happy about this," said L.A. City Attorney's office spokeswoman Contessa Mankiewicz. "But the sheriffs have a policy to let some nonviolent offenders go early, in part due to jail overcrowding."

Turning that leaf over HARD, M-Rod, 27, was spotted the night of her incarceration/release at the Tropicana Bar at the Roosevelt Hotel, and on Monday night at the club Shag in Hollywood.

"Michelle's happy with the way things turned out," her friend, designer Anand Jon, told PEOPLE. "She knows this wasn't a literal get-out-of-jail-free card. Michelle's taken responsibility for the past and now she's ready to focus on her career."

Actually, Anand, it was EXACTLY a get-out-of-jail-free card, and she was clearly trolling for career opportunities at the Tropicana and Shag.

Rodriguez served five days in a Hawaiian jail last month after pleading guilty to drunken driving. Her December 1 arrest in Honolulu violated the three-year probation term she was given in Los Angeles County in 2004 after pleading no contest to charges of hit-and-run, driving on a suspended license, and drunken driving.
