I was totally captivated watching these DVDs, mesmerized is an over used term on my behalf, but I was in that state most of the time watching this guitar god do his thing, its as simple as that. The interviews with all of the people that worked with Jimi were interesting. Eddie Kramer, the Band of Gypsies bass player Billy Cox, and drummer Mitch Mitchell, all provided an up-close view of Hendrix. It was so interesting hearing about the early days and what Jimi was doing to make his way to stardom. There is nothing like a great story to go along with the music.

This is a necessary item to have for any rock fan and for Hendrix fans, well, need I say anymore? Get it.
