Mr Moonlight: Nightmoves

Nightmoves is a completely free album (MP3) by melodic rock/AOR band Mr Moonlight. It will be available for a limited time from their website. As the band is a duo; you will not be surprised to hear that much of the drums are electronic but it doesn't matter much within this genre.

Tracks like "After all the Love Has Gone" and "Wasted Lies" speak to the talent that is available in this band. The duo is Dutch and sound a bit like Bonfire and Heartland at times. If anything, this is a classic example of what can be done with a little bit of money, a bit of technology, and a whole load of talent/drive. Should you like the album you can buy it in traditional CD form from the website.

This is AOR at its grass-roots and should be supported as much as possible. Well done lads; lets hope you muster some cash and get yourself a full band for a tour.

In other matters: our EP has been sent out digitally to 28 outlets including a resend to iTunes. Who knows when they will show up on any of the sites listed. We are making some money from our MP3 sales at Musicane which is always encouraging. After much griping from friends and supporters of the band we are going to start selling physical CDs on CD Baby once we get the cover for EP done.

By next week I hope to have confirmation I am going to Monsters of Rock in Milton Keynes early next month. The bill is a cracking one and if the weather co-operates it should be a great day for all.
