<description>Even to the most casual observer, it is obvious that women, as a group, take better care of themselves than men.  They are better groomed and more attractive.  That&#039;s why they live longer.

As to IMS, I classify that &quot;discovery&quot; in the same file as PBS.  Post Birdie Syndrome is the double boggy that follows a birdie for those overworked golfers.
