<description>Glad I&#039;m not one of those who have committed to New Orleans, moved back despite the challenges, and now faces effective disenfranchisement at the hands of the democrat mafia that runs the state of Louisiana.  This is perhaps the single greatest violation of voting rights since Jim Crow.
