TV Review: Zoey 101 TV Movie Spring Break-up

There was one thing that really bugged me. Spring Break-up is advertised as a movie, but it really is not very long. When you think of movie, you generally think of 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The movie is an hour WITH COMMERCIALS. So in reality, it's only 45 minutes of the show. Maybe I'm just upset it isn't longer, but I thought it should be referred to a "special one-hour event" or something, because a movie is misleading.
I have got to admit, there was some incredible acting from the stars. Even Jamie Lynn did better than I expected. I really do want to point out Sean Flynn, playing Chase, because this show was basically his. He was in most of the scenes and he handled the responsibility better than Jamie. His role was bigger and Jamie's was smaller than usual.
I loved how it wasn't only Zoey this, Zoey that, which is actually another reason that the main part should be shared. I also would like to point out Chris Massey's, playing Michael, acting skills really shined in this movie too. I was very impressed by him. The cast in general did very well, I thought. It was probably the best acting I've seen from the series. I want to applaud the whole cast on a job well done. This is another reason to tune in on Friday.
Overall, definitely something not to miss. Even if you just watch the show once in a while, it's one of the better episodes. So, remember Friday at 8. I rate it a 8.5 out of 10.

Although I refuse to tell you every single thing that happened in the movie, I will tell you some general things. First of all, as I have told you the commercials are VERY misleading. In the commercials, it makes it seem like Zoey did receive the text message and gets upset with Chase. She doesn't know that Chase had a crush on her when she was upset with Chase. I will tell you though, the text message does make Zoey upset with Chase. I will also tell you the ending is very upsetting, but Zoey does NOT reject Chase. That is some of the stuff you should expect to see. But I still highly recommend you catch the movie, because there is a lot I haven't told you.
Maddy is 16 and just ended her junior year of high school. She is an active writer for her school paper and excels in AP classes. She has a twin and loves the Pittsburgh Steelers. She is constantly distracted by everything from boys to, well, uh... boys. In her spare time, she writes novels. She has a radio show (part of the BC Radio Network) on Wednesdays at 5 PM available at BlogTalkRadio.

I just watched the movie. All in all I liked it but the ending is very upsetting for the person watching it. I really hope the next T.V. show will fulfill some questions I have.
I also really liked it but I wished they would have shown it in the T.V. show so she could see instead of his message. Overall I really liked this movie. I hope also the next T.V. show shows what happens and he tells her about his true feelings.
Yea, I agree with MKOB. I think that Chase should of gotten the messege to Zoey. I have to hopes for the next show. I hope that Chase gets to tell Zoey he likes her and also that, and she doesn't reject him. From the show Lola likes Chase I think that she likes Chase too.
One last thing. The next show will be on 3/26/06 at 8:00

yes i agree with most of you. the ending is really upsetting. i just hope the next T.V. show will be kind of a continuation to show what happened next but overall the show is really cool.
i love the movie.it was really romantic cool.it was sad at the end when chase sent zoey the message and she didn't have her tek mate.those were really cool.

a tech mate is really a T-mobile Sidekick. I was just colored for the movie. But the sidekick has all of the features that the techmate does, and it has the same screen and keypad. The only thing different is the color. I just got one. They are $199.99- well worth the money. It has a mp3, a camera, internet, AIM and a phone. Go buy it!! you won't be soryy!

OMG!! This so called movie hasnt come to Canada yet! Other than that i cant wait!
I was really looking forward to watching the movie, because I really hoped that Chase could finally tell Zoey how he feels. But I read that Zoey's phone brakes, and Chase's message doesn't get to her, I was quite dissapointed, but I'll watch it anyway.

she quotes it and dresses like the characters and even named her barbies after the people on the show. its her birthday soon and i wanted to buy her the d.v.d. but its not available to purchase in canada! grrr... this isn't good

tek-mates are actually nothing but T-mobile Sidekicks with different colors and names. And Dana left in Season 1 because the producers thougt she was too old for the show considering she was born in 1989, being 2 years older than the shows star Jamie

That is so cute, Chase loves Zoey, but in another episode, he ends up having a girlfriend, that is so weird. But i'm going through the same thing Chase is going through. Except the guy i "LOVE" isn't my best friend, he's just a "friend"
