<description>As an attorney with Federal experience, this is not news.  See, for example, John Dean&#039;s articles at findlaw.com for earlier discussions of the Espionage Act as applied to the Plame case.

But it&#039;s sure refreshing to see this idea discussed openly, in this excellent blog and in the MSM, which up to now was apparently spun into a knickers-knot by the RWM red herring about how there was no crime because &quot;everyone already knew&quot; about Mrs. Wilson&#039;s job at the CIA.</description>
