The obvious reaction is "What breasts?" but I'm truly sorry to hear it. I had a Kylie DVD review coming soon for the lady who has moved on and up mightily from her cheesy TV beginnings and Stock, Aitken and Waterman days.

Does "Neighbors" trigger anything with anybody here?

Ah, Neighbors...Nope, I got nothing. But, then if my roommate didn't have a Television, I wouldn't have access to one.

Kylie is pretty young, and it just highlights how important self-exams are because last I heard, mammograms aren't recommended at the yearly exam until you're 40.

I am fond of the locomotion.

kylie is 36, 37 this month, bless her.

re the comment "what breats?", i'm not bringing this up to be picky or nasty, but because it also highlights something critical.

Breast cancer refers to the tissue covering the pecs. small or large. even if you are a man. My cousin went to the docs with a lump on his chest, and they said it was nothing to worry about, and to go home. it didnt go, it got worse, after over 6 months they eventually did some tests, and guess what? breast cancer. Please remember the importance of self-examination. remember that any lumps, anywhere on the, are worth checking out. 99% of the time they are fine, but that other 1% is worth going to see your doc for.

thanks.... oh, and much love and best wishes to kylie.

Women who regularly engage in strenuous physical activity may lower their risk of developing breast cancer, according to a major new research.

Researchers at the University of Southern California monitored 110,000 women over a number of years. They found that those who swam lengths, ran or did aerobics for more than five hours a week over a lengthy period, reduced their risk of developing breast cancer by at least 20 per cent, compared with women who exercised vigorously for just up to half an hour a week.
