Al Qaeda and Al Green
Published May 02, 2005
They say that you are what you eat, but just as much you are what you think about, what you let your mind run on.
Sananda Matreiya, the artist formerly known as Terence Trent D'Arby offers the following corollary bit of wisdom in his fan newsletter:
"Our times are out of balance and the proof is simple.
We spend far too much energy focusing on Al Qaeda, and not enough on Al Green!"
Nor do we spend enough energy focusing on Al Barger, but that's another issue. For that matter, we could spend more energy focusing on TTD. That'd work out good, too.

Cool! I'm all in favor of sacrilege. Who exactly am I sacrilege-ing, though?
is it worth checking out any TTD stuff after "Introducing the Hardline..."?
that'd the only one i've ever heard.
Mark, your life simply isn't complete if you don't have a copy of Vibrator. It's his best album. All of his stuff is worth hearing, but I'd particularly also recommend Symphony or Damn and Neither Fish Nor Flesh.
I note used CDs of some of these at Amazon for as little as 50 cents.
I'd have to say the right Rev,Mr.Barger.

That there's what you call sacrilege Al.
