Far too often, "multiplatinum" equals "subpar." Was Constantine the most amazing talent on the AI stage? Mileage will differ. (I think NOT.) But I believe most of us can agree that he should not have gone home this week. And I believe most of us agree that Scott is most deserving of the boot. What I don't understand is the underlying nastiness against Vonzell. Why do people hate her? I don't think she will or should win, but she's talented. As the days go by, I am becoming more and more interested in what the ABC News AI exposé will have. It's probably limited to Corey Clark's allegations, though, which don't interest me. Even if he did screw Paula Abdul, BFD. At any rate, I weep not for Constantine Maroulis. His band's LP is out soon and he will be on his way.
