A Tribute To LUCAS & The Nintendo Powerglove
Published March 31, 2005

Oh , how long has it been? 10? 15 years? Who cares , really.
When we first met Lucas (The Wizard) on the big screen back in 1989, we all hated him. He was smug , pretentious , and his hair was too perfect. No matter how hard we tried to get our hair to look like his, it never worked. Even our mom paid a hairdresser to style our hair as close as possible to Lucas' , but our hair just wasnt curly enough.
Remember how that collectively happened to all of us at the same time? Remember waking up in the morning with my face to a tear-stained pillow after a night of crying over the fictional realities that Lucas would never come over and teach me the intricate co-ordinate secrets that were locked in the supremely programmed complex vault within the game Rad Racer ?
Well, in a long overdue tribute to the now dead Lucas Barton, I put together a mini-collage of Lucas-inspired music I composed of late. Enjoy.

Aaman, I love this guy's outlandish posts - this one is good too (smile)
have you guys ever heard of a band called 'eEnik'? The lead singer supposedly uses a power glove on stage to trigger samples and effects! checke these guys out:

i always found it fascinating when people converted things like the powerglove or a joystick into a simple midi sound controller.
anyone remember that plastic mat / pad that you stand on and you can run and jump in certain games that were adaptable?

Nice post, Crushkill - finally:) - interesting music
