It uses a high school "Model UN" as a metaphor for the US invasion of Iraq, but with Luxembourg standing in for Iraq. And it shows the smug US attendee being applauded and praised for the attack on Luxembourg! Yeah. Luxembourg = Iraq. Awful, awful, awful.
