I completely forgot about King Kong. I'm dying to see that one, as well. And War of the Worlds looks like a great mass destruction movie. I'm hoping it will be very entertaining.

No King Kong? No War of the Worlds? Where's the love for some potentially decent remakes? Oh, and for anyone interested, check out www.Kongisking.net to see just how much love Peter Jackson is giving to the ape. The production diaries are great and don't spoil anything.

I'm with Eric. Serenity is my most anticipated movie of 2005, though I'm also big on Corpse Bride and have high hopes for Batman Begins. For me, though, nothing comes close to Serenity.

yeah, I've been looking forward to the Hitchhiker movie for years. CANNOT WAIT. I'm going to be totally geeked out for it. haha. I'll take my Hitchhiker towel, and go in my bathrobe... *sigh*

Nice preview, Chip. Many more generations than that of the 80s geek dig on the Hitchhiker's Guide. One omission that I must call forth: Serenity, Joss Whedon's epic based upon his brutally canceled television series by the name of Firefly.
