Total News reports that the pairing of Iommi and Hughes are planning to record again.
Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi and former Deep Purple bassist/vocalist Glenn Hughes have recorded 13 songs for a new album, the follow-up to 1996's 'The DEP Sessions', which has recently been released. The pair, who worked on the tracks with drummer Kenny Aronoff and producer Bob Marlette, are now mixing the as yet untitled record.
It has been said that the pair were surprised at the suggested of their joint "lost" album. It will be interesting to see if the new release is as good as the last one.
