<description>I&#039;ve been a fan of the Big Tuna ever since I was a kid, rooting for the NY Giants in the 80s. It&#039;s amazing what a great coach can do. Parcells, Pat Riley, and Joe Torre did for New York teams did what years of drafting and piles of money could not: produce a winner.

I think the Dallas Cowboys are really stuck at present due to their quarterback situation. Testeverde, an old Parcells warrior, is ancient and growing creakier every day (though he looked awfully sharp at times this season). Drew Henson, the rookie, was abominable in his brief stint in the spotlight. Meanwhile, the media and fan pressure to get going with the coveted youngster has to make the Tuna reconsider his return to coaching.

An interesting dilemma. Add to that a bad defense, a promising young running back (Julius Jones) and one of the better receiving corps around (Keyshaun Johnson - another Parcells favorite, Terry Glenn, and the supremely talented tight end Jason Witten) and you have the makings of an intriguing story line for some time to come.

I for one would never bet against the Tuna.
