Tampa Bay's Inside Real Estate Journal names Malcolm Glazer its Man of the Year for 2004. Glazer knows how to spot a really good deal and make one when the iron's hot. The returns on his investments, including but not limited to real estate, have allowed him to accumulate well over a billion, and while he is worth well over that high-dollar mark, he flies coach and has been known to drive a Chevy Suburban. According to this St. Petersburg Times article, Glazer is a man of warmth who also knows how to play hardball in order to make a deal. Glazer owns the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Glazer Family Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Tampa, among other assets. We salute you, Malcolm Glazer, for your wisdom and your dealmaking prowess. You're our Man of the Year for 2004!
