<description>They tend to spend the taxpayers money here in Virginia Beach on other more worthwhile causes, like loud speakers on Atlantic Ave in the summertime to help chase the riff raff off the boardwalk at 2AM.  They actually pipe in musak to chase the party animals away! We also have redlight cameras!  So we can&#039;t afford snow removal equipment.  Actually, there really wasn&#039;t enough to remove this morning. Just enough to keep my daughter out of school for the day!</description>

Excellent point!  Well, except that it&#039;s not, strictly speaking, accurate - pretty much all cars have &quot;4 wheel stop&quot;.  But let&#039;s not confuse Virginia drivers with facts, it just makes them more dangerous.

And, as far as I&#039;ve seen, no part of Virginia is prepared for any amount of accumulation.  Pussies.
