<description>Bravo RJ...  It s funny how history is destined to repeat itself.  In 1945 the UN was formed out of the former League of Nations.  This action was taken for the same reasons (ineffective in preventing WWII)  We are now left to ponder..that if we don&#039;t act to radically change the UN, will this world survive after WWIII to re-think the UN&#039;s current status  (again inneffective)</description>
