<description>Nirvana LLC isn&#039;t a joke.  It was formed by Love, Grohl and Novoselic in 1997 to manage the band&#039;s legacy, though Courtney did attempt to dissolve it during the many disputes.

Agreed though, Kurt is probably puking in his grave... </description>
