Target Pirating IKEA's designs?

Granted, IKEA has a whole team of folks who try to capture the look of popular furniture designs and make them affordable, but they're mostly spiritual cousins rather than outright facsimiles. What you are about to see seems to be a different order of 'interpretation'.

I submit for your consideration the renowed (and comfortable) IKEA Poang armchair:

And now, the "Black Leather Strap Chair" from Target:

And they don't stop there. Here is the Ikea Tullsta Chair:

And the "Upholstered Club Chair" from Target:

There are others as well. Is it furniture piracy? Let's just say I'll be pronouncing it "Taarrrghet" for a while.
