She's got influences from all over. The girl started her career playing bars in Vietnam, for Chrissakes. At this showcase, she's lumped in to the "Americana" category Nashville has set up as codeword for "We don't think we can sell it". And for people who heard her first album, check out Roll. It's much more rock and guitar oriented.
