Drawn Together - Not Bad, Just Drawn That Way - Okay, They're Bad

This is the sickest, most twisted, funniest sociopathic animation since South Park, ridiculing the wretched air of unreality prevalent in "reality" television, character stereotypes, and the whoring of senationalism, as well as a deft parody of animation styles and writing.

Eight cartoon characters, from all over the animated universe, live their "lives" in front of a million cameras.

If any of these themes interest you remotely, you have got to check out this sneak peek at Drawn Together, which premieres Wednesday, October 27 at 10:30p/9:30c on Comedy Central.

Career media professional Eric Olsen is honored to be the founder and publisher of Blogcritics.org, which, quite frankly, rules - as do his wife and four children.

Considering that plot of the show, one can choose to not be offended by the somewhat explict content of the show. Unfortunatelu, I am not one. I am sick and tired of the overly sexual depiction of black women by the media. It's bad enough in film and music videos, but now I think it's gone too far. The constant repitition of black women as "oversexed" and and "sexually loose" serves as a basis for perpetuating the sterotype in reality. Humor is used to relieve the tension of the message this cartoon is sending out and I for one am not amused.
