I just saw the concert at the House of Blues in San Diego. I was totally blown away. I was so lucky to have been a part of this show. The audience and band fed off each other. The more we screamed, the more than Keane performed for us. Words fail me in describing the pure energy of the concert, a symbiotic, emotive experience. At the risk of appearing not macho, I was brought to the verge of tears on what a wonderful experience that was. I wanted to call in sick to work on Friday so that I could go to the Greek Theatre in LA and watch their concert there. I'm disappointed that Keane will not be opening for U2 on the West Coast (they're doing the Boston and New York shows), but not L.A. That was have been a great experience to see U2, the world's greatest rock band, and KEANE, the NEXT greatest rock band in the world.
