Another supergroup in the making?

CMU reports that The Darkness' frontman Justin Hawkins is teaming up with Tim Wheller from Ash and Har Mar Superstar to form White Slave a new "supergroup". Whether or not this supergroup fares as well as most attempts, time will tell. Odds are that what the combination produces won't live up to the quality of any of the bands in question. I doubt it will be another HSAS or Audioslave, but who knows?

...Ash bassist Mark Hamilton told Xfm last week: "Tim's been talking with Justin and Har Mar about putting together this new band called White Slave. Har Mar's gonna sing and Tim and Justin are gonna be duelling guitarists. They're still trying to find a drummer at the minute, as well as a bass player. Would I do it? Nah, it all sounds a bit Spinal Tap for me."

Justin Hawkins confirmed he was involved in a new band called White Slave at a recent press conference...

Marty's band, Growing Old Disgracefully, can be found at: Disgraceful Music. His Cthulhu tales can be found at Temple of Dagon.
