<description>Well, the German economy needs a shot in the arm, and as many non-Germans come to Germany to obtain graduate degrees in engineering fields, it is a good idea to place the center in Germany.

It is noteworthy that kids in German schools start out at a slower pace and only attend school 3-4 hours a day in elementary school, at least here in Hessen, but by high school many of them are taking advanced science and maths.  From what I have seen there is a more unified trade school/apprenticeship track, that many Germans move into in the last years of high school, while still maintaining a learning environment as opposed to work environment.</description>
