Real Estate Boom Cools in Australia's Sydney

ABC News Online reports:

The latest private sector measure of house prices in Sydney shows no overall change in the three months to June.

The Real Estate Institute of New South Wales says Sydney's median house price has remained at $520,000.

It says that is the first time in almost three years that median house prices have failed to rise over a quarterly period.

Over the past year, the median price rose by almost 12 per cent.

Wow, only $520,000 for the median home price, and that's what they call cooling. Don't go to Sydney if you're looking for a bargain. You get a lot more in Florida than you do there for $520,000.
