<description>&lt;i&gt;The bag filled with discarded paper and cardboard was part of a work by Gustav Metzger, said to demonstrate the &quot;finite existence&quot; of art.&lt;/i&gt;

And what better way of demonstrating &quot;finite existence&quot; than by getting thrown away?  Seems like the janitorial staff was just fulfilling the artist&#039;s conception.
