Happy Mondays might be back

The Happy Mondays have suggested that reforming for more shows in the future isn't out of the question. The band are due to play a one-off performance at the new Get Loaded In The Park festival on Clapham Common on 22 Aug, but may now consider other gigs.

Frontman Shaun Ryder has told the NME: "In terms of the Happy Mondays we're doing that gig at Get Loaded In The Park. There is no tour planned as such but if a gig comes along and its in the middle of the Pyrennes mountains or something then we might do it." Bez added: "The biggest lesson I've learnt in my whole life is never say never."....

This bit of Happy Monday news comes via the good folks at CMU.
