CMU reports the following court-room saga for Meat Puppets man.
A former member of US rockers Meat Puppets - Cris Kirkwood - was sentenced to 21 months in prison on Monday after pleading guilty to attacking a security guard.As previously reported, the incident happened after Kirkwood argued about a parking space with a woman. She asked security guard Thomas Goodrum for help - Kirkwood swore at him and then pushed him. In the resulting struggle Kirkwood grabbed Goodrum's baton and hit him on the head, after which Goodrum shot Kirkwood in the back!..
