My ballot and me
I could not vote for Wu. Neither could I vote for either of the other two candidates.

Blog the Vote
As I mentioned here, the actual logistics of voting are just as important as intent and rationale: if you don't know how to vote or where to vote, your voice won't be heard. That's why a site like MyPollingSite.com is...

My visit with Bush and Osama
I have to tell you folks that I think president Bush's strategy to keep us safer is failing. This was my first thought when our buddy Osama — the bearded boogie-man — reared his twisted head last week in my...

The Time of the Season
This is the time of the season I am most proud to be an American: the day before an incredibly close and hotly contested election poised at a pivotal nexus with the future, when voters are more energized and polarized...

The Christopher Hitchens Factor
It's no fun having a blog if you can't make wild, unscientific predictions about the election.

Vote the George Bush / Al Qaeda ticket in 2004!!!
I was reading 'Bush and Al-Qaeda: A Symbiotic Relationship' and 'Win-Win Spin-Spin'. These articles are both great at explaining the 'joined-at-the-hip' relationship between Al Qaeda and George Bush. But, in the true spirit of blogging I'm going to regurgitate in...

TAKING BETS ON THE ELECTION
Here, at a glance, are the bookmakers's betting lines. At the moment Paddy Power is giving odds of 4 to 7 for Bush, 5 to 4 for Kerry. The line at Littlewoods betdirect is 4 to 6 for Bush, 11...

'The enemy of my enemy is my friend' - Why the CIA, Pentagon and NSA will make Kerry President
This past Thursday, I wrote a post titled "Why John Kerry Will Win the Presidency." After sleeping on it the past few nights, I'm even more convinced it's a done deal. As I read an item in yesterday's Washington Post...

Bush & Skynyrd vs. Kerry & Young
Is it really possible to connect the dots between Neil Young, Lynyrd Skynyrd, John Kerry and George Bush?

About Those Atrocities...
I didn't know there was a journal at Journalspace called "bushatrocity", but now that I am aware of it, by all means, let's find out what that means.

Eminem's limp SNL attack on Bush
In short, then, Eminem doesn't have anything to say about Iraq, Bush or politics in general

thanks Jason! It's a good way to follow along in chronological order, and with it all in one place you can spot trends and relationships between stories and themes you might not have otherwise noticed
Eric- I'll second the note of thanks, with a special appreciation for a pic of Badnarik that is standard fare rather than one of him blowing his nose or the like. The Nader image is his own, so nobody could get too riled about it, but it looks like a Gary Numan album cover to me.
we strive to be ecumenical!
Great set of info re the US election. The Australian elections are on soon too - I still think it's more a plague on both their houses type of thing in both countries!
thanks gg2, I am certain Australians are doing a much better job of following our elections than we are of yours
Eric:
I just added a link to this page onto my site, like you requested. EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS!
Thanks, and that would be great. Certainly everyone who has written posts linked from this master post would benefit greatly from as much traffic going to it as possible.
Who are we to believe on the conditions in Iraq? A man who is risking his life every minute of the day who lives there (Allawi) and is the Prime Minister, or a man running for president that would benefit by worsening conditions(JFK)?
everyone has an angle, including Allawi, but that is not an unresonable question
Have any of you guys seen the new Bushisms DVD? I just bought it from www.bushism.net. It looks pretty funny. Al Franken and Brian Unger are it. Any comments?
thanks Helmut, I'll add it to the Amazon list above
I just linked to this page again in another post to my site. EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS!
thanks RJ, I agree
and by everyone, we mean everyone who owns a computer
it is most definately a good source, thanks for the compilation Eric!
This is, in fact, a wonderful source for issues, personalities and the important things we need to consider at this time. It has been wonderfully put together and should serve as a model for the future.
Claire
thanks Claire, much appreciated!
You suck

Eric, this compilation is a great resource site - thanks!
