According to the indictment, Miller attempted to enter the Club Raggs venue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on 14 Aug 2001. When the venue's security and manager told the rapper he would not be allowed in without first being searched Miller allegedly drew a gun on the clubs manager, and then a security guard. On both occasions his gun malfunctioned...
