More Courtney Love news, oh joy. Love's lawyer last night said his client has been admitted to a private hospital after being discharged from the Bellevue Hospital Centre in New York on Tuesday - she was originally admitted there last Friday with a gynaecological condition, just as a judge in LA was putting out a warrant for her arrest for failing to show up to a schedule court hearing regarding assault charges. Some reckon that the hospital may be some kind of mental institution, mainly because in the same statement Love's lawyer said a legal guardian had been appointed for the singer. He wouldn't say who, or embellish on what exactly that means, though our man who knows these things says 'legal guardian' in this context means "a person who has the legal responsibility for providing the care and management of a person who is incapable, either due to age or to some other physical, mental or emotional impairment, of administering his or her own affairs". So now you know.
Meanwhile, Love is now facing civil as well as criminal legal problems. She is being sued by her former lawyers Manatt, Phelps & Phillips.

Wouldn't that be a seriously scary job interview from an ad for "legal guardian" for a "seriously fucked up rock star"?
Now imagine if Courtney and Weiland hooked up. Yep, good times. They could probably get Jim Rose to promote their tour.
