Hard News reports the following news on the current Skid Row and (or should that be vs.) Twisted Sister tour:

A source close to the current SKID ROW/TWISTED SISTER tour has offered up the following rather unpleasant tour report: There's a new feud brewing... tonight, Friday July 9th, Skid Row were scheduled to open for Twisted Sister in Gilford, NH. However, Skid Row had to cancel because singer Johnny Solinger's wife went into labor and he had to fly home... here's where it gets interesting... (Twisted Sister vocalist) Dee Snider, at the show talked smack about Skid Row saying "Skid Row had to cancel tonight because their Sebastian Bach imitator that they call "a singer" had to go home because his wife was having a baby." When informed - (Skid Row guitarist) Scotti Hill had this to say "That's harsh and apparently Dee has decided to take sides which is unfortunate. We thought we were good friends. We thought we were tight, but apparently he's just an asshole." BTW — (Twisted Sister guitarist) JJ French announced from the stage that their song 'I Wanna Rock' was being re-written for inclusion in the Spongehead Bob movie that will be released in November. In order to make up for Skid Row's abscence — Twisted Sister played two 45 minute sets with a 20 minute intermission... Kinda odd to open for yourself!...
