It didn't help Jackie that he set himself up as a moralizing "family values" anti-gay everything politician...Quid pro Quo buddy...our private lives are your campaign fodder then your life is open game. How do you like it? :) Ol'Denny must have ripped Jackie a new hole to bounce him out of the election so quickly! They knew they were gonna lose the senate seat but now this threatened the whole GOP ticket in IL.

I agree Ryan should have dropped out, and he was wrong to tell his supporters that there was nothing "bad" in his divorce records. Still. The Chicago Tribune clearly wasn't interested in who had the best ideas in this campaign (for all I know, Obama does). What they were interested in was sleeze, in order to sell papers. Just because Ryan was wrong doesn't mean the media was right.

What makes me wonder: did this guy never watch any of the teevee shows his ex-wife was in? (yes, I know Boston Public was apres-wife, but still) Almost everything went badly with everybody who had a relationship with 7of9 (except they couldn't kill Harry Kim, the dumbest man in the universe, well, they killed him once, but brought him right back to life, so that doesn't count). I mean, even the Klingons and Vulcans had better relationships than 7of9.
