Well, I have been writing about this issue for a few weeks and this story just caught my attention. The headline story appeared on Keloland.com. Here is an except:

A man who once ran a day care out of his house, will now call prison home after trading kiddie porn. At 34, Patrick Stoner is at least three decades older than the preschoolers, toddlers and infants in the pornographic pictures he downloaded and then traded online. But for doing that, Monday a judge sentenced the one-time day care owner to 37 years in prison.

Hope Okerlund Matchan, Minnehaha County Deputy State's Attorney, says, "It's hard to imagine that some pictures can be worse than others, these were by far some of the most horrendous pictures I've ever seen, and I've looked at quite a bit of child pornography in the last few years."

Also today, a former constable received a 30 year sentence in Kentucky. It is getting very ugly out there and local communities, especially small communities, won't stand for this kind of behavior.
