....Anthony, a salsa superstar who has also had crossover success, is releasing a Spanish album, "Amar Sin Mentiras," on Tuesday. He has also dabbled in acting, and appeared in the recent Denzel Washington film "Man on Fire." [AP] That Latin crooning thing must work wonders with the senoritas: Anthony is, frankly, kind of skinny and ugly and here he is dumping Miss Universe for Jennifer Lopez, who isn't really my cup of tea but who isn't horsemeat either.

Odds are not good:
- British bookmakers offered odds of 3-1 Monday that singer/actress Jennifer Lopez and her new husband Marc Anthony would divorce by the end of the year.
....Ladbrokes is also offering 10 to one odds that "J-Lo marries more than eight times in her life, beating Elizabeth Taylor (news)," a spokesman said.
Those who never quite accepted that Lopez and Affleck had split for good after one of Hollywood's most tumultuous romances also have a chance to bet.
The bookmakers are offering 14-1 odds that Affleck and Lopez are married by the end of 2004. [Reuters]

- Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, the self-proclaimed "bad boy for life," says Jennifer Lopez is his "girl for life," even after her surprise weekend wedding to Marc Anthony.
The hip-hop mogul, who had a high-profile, two-year relationship with Lopez, said he's glad his ex has found love with someone new, but added that she'll always be important to him.

Lopez is a sad woman. This is her third marriage, and she's 34 years old? Seems she has a pathetic, immature need to have a ring on her finger and a man on her arm, no matter what.
More proof that fame and fortune don't buy happiness. The woman needs professional help -- at least she can afford to get it. But will she?
Aw, come on. Don't you believe in love at first sight? Lopez has just done it 3 times. There is nothing wrong with that.
Speaking of J.LO, do y'all remember all that garbage about Gigli being the worst movie of all time? It was all just bullshit because reporters hated those two. Seriously. The movie wasn't Citizen Kane, but it honestly wasn't that bad. It was a bit eccentric, a bit quirky and whatever else, but it was funny in spots. The media just got out of control piling on this one.

This should not surprise anybody. The woman has always been an idiot. She has a desperate fear of being alone. She only feels half a person when alone. She needs a man to identify herself. I could go on and on but I can't be bothered.
Suffice to say, it wasn't only because of her 7 husbands that Lizzy Taylor has the place in history that she has. Mrs Anthony nee Lopez better ask somebody!

Seriously, I wish them happiness and longevity. Success, in this case, indeed would be the best revenge against the naysayers.
