Lenny Kravitz - Baptism

Are you a fan of Lenny's early work like "Mama Said" and "Are You Gonna Go My Way?" If so, go pick up "Baptism."

The standout tracks on the disc to me are "Minister of Rock 'n' Roll", "SistaMamaLover", and "Flash." These are the heaviest tracks of the album and the ones that sound the most like his earlier music. There is something comforting about the familiarity of the album. One of the guys I work with said, "I have heard this before and I like it." I agree and didn't feel that way about "5" or "Lenny", his two most recent efforts.

Have you visited his official "promotion" website : www.lennykravitz.com - it is a self promotion site, and if you want info about this specific album, you'll find everything.

Personnaly, I prefer his " unofficial website ", http://www.lenny-kravitz.com, since you get genuine info about lenny, and stuffs you don't find anywhere else such as music sheets!

I have been listening to Lenny's Baptism album for a while now and I really enjoy it. Nowadays it is rare to find people in the music industry who sing as well as play instruments. I am a genuine fan. To Lenny I say continue to follow your heart and in your travels don't be afraid to stop, get out and open yourself to new experiences. Continue to put GOD FIRST and don't worry about what people may think of you.
