CMU report the following:
...In the latest developments she has agreed to plead guilty to charges of being under the influence of illegal substances and in that regard has agreed to attend a drug rehab course - which means she will avoid a jail sentence. The disorderly conduct charged was dropped, which means she now only faces the charges for illegally possessing painkillers oxycodone and hydrocodone - drugs Love has always maintained she had been prescribed and were therefore not illegal. The hearing on those charges is yet to happen - though it is unlikely Love herself will have to initially attend.Love does still face those charges in New York, of course, when a riotous impromptu stage show led to one crowd member being injured by a microphone stand the singer threw into the audience. In that case she faces assault charges, which could come with a one year jail sentence.
Which complicates other matters. If Love were to be found guilty on either of the outstanding cases she may no longer be eligible for the rehab programme scheme, and may then face a sentence for the drugs charges she has pleaded guilty too.
