Just in time for their opening slot on the Braid reunion tour, Minus the Bear have recorded a 6-song EP for the Arena Rock Recording Company. The band's debut album was released on Suicide Squeeze.

"New record!!! Hooray!!! We have recorded a new 6 song EP titled They Make Beer Commercials Like This which will be released on Arena Rock Records. The release date is July 11th, although we are crossing our fingers to have them on the Braid tour. So you can cross your fingers as well and maybe that will help."
